Update on Imported babies

CheriS Sep 16, 2003 08:48 PM

This will probably be the last time I post a picture of all the imported babies together, they are ready and have started being selected to go to their new homes.

This has been such a joy to see them grow and develop the last month, all so different, but so much alike too. Hard to know I have to separate and part with them, they have been great babies and so good together, I hate the last week I was so sick and missed some time with them. I still can't believe in only a month they went from such scrawy little things to this.

Anyway, so much for all the mushy stuff, here they are in the two groups they have been raised with. You can see in the larger group, how some have gone into growth sputs and are so much larger than the others.

Can you find eight dragons in this picture? they love climbing and basking on this thing.

This is the younger group and they still are all about the size size.

Those are one of a kind Cheri =) Must have been a great experience for you, and also rewarding knowing these will add to the future, and health of beardies in the states. I'm sure whoever the lucky ones are that are able to get a few of those will definitely keep you updated as they grow, grow, and grow into beautiful breeders themselves someday =) I could imagine how attached you got to them, and how much hard work you guys put into getting them to where they are today. Thanks for sharing them with us on the forum.

...wouldn't be able to let them go without the new owners signing an agreement, IN BLOOD, to send daily updates of meals, poos, moods, growth, living conditions, etc. with pictures.

Big beardie hugs to you for the emotional sacrifices you are making for them, for us, & for all dragons!

(I found all 8 in the first pic, btw!)
