Adult Hog Isle male

AbsoluteApril Sep 16, 2009 10:41 PM

Egg came to me in 2001 from Gus at RioBravo

He's not real colorful but at night in light phase he's all shades of beautiful cream and white.

Belly shot:

I thought I would share some pics to show how big (or small) an adult hog isle may get (of course, they are all indivudals and some grow larger than others).

I really like how he looks in this last pic:

Thanks for looking,
-April

Very Cool Hog April -- his base color is so light . And on another note -- you definitely ROCK the black hair . Very good color on you .

I really do appreciate that! I hadn't done black in a while 'cause I'm so pale, but I like the way it looks as well.
Thanks!!

and its odd, when it comes to hogs i like them clean and next to no "pepper" however he sure does look amazing. Deff the best freckle hog i have seen.

I normally like the 'clean' boas as well but there is just something about all those black freckles on a really light hog that makes for an interesting look.

Thanks for the very nice comment!

Thanks! I wish I could dye all the hair those funky colors like I did in high school (about the only thing I liked about high school lol) but I can only get away with so much at work. I just keep changing that little undersection different colors, fun stuff!
Have a great weekend!

Thanks Mark!
I really enjoy working with him, he's so easy to handle (well, now that he is older and out of that young hissy-hog phase). My guy says he wishes all my boas were this small.
haha
Take care,

Nice, April!
I need to get a male that looks like that for myself! My male from Gus is about that size, but my 2 girls are huge, about 5 1/2 feet long.

Gus does make some nice boas, doesn't he.

The only female hog I have is an '07, so time will tell if she's going to be a big but so far seems like she's going to stay on the small size (here's hoping!).
Take care,
-April
