Hi all,
My poor buddy, post shed (except for his tail) is either going into brumation or is a grumpy grumpy teenager. As of late (last week or two) he has not been eating as much as usual and has been awake for 3-4 hours per day. I live in Toronto and we're creeping into fall. The temperature isn't bad though- maybe going down to 16 Celcius (oops don't know Farenheit) at night. Any suggestions....?
Second question- He is now between 9-11 months. He was initially willing to hang out with me for brief periods of time. He is no longer nearly as willing, in fact, when I scoop him up he gets pretty frantic and wants to take off. We've made him a 4 x 2 wooden cage with lots of hiding and climbing places. Is it possible that this has actually made him a bit more 'wild'? (He is a CB Mali) Would adding a female get him to chill out a bit or would it make him more nutty? Anything I can do to get my buddy back? (sniff)
