squirted fluid from her mouth

dracojubar Sep 20, 2009 02:31 PM

I have a rescued beardy that just squirted fluid from her mouth, possible from nostrils, when I picked her up (twice).
I don’t know he history other than she is missing a front leg and her tail was badly broken. She’s been fine the since a got here a couple of months ago. Fit in nicely with my other beardies.
Anyone got any ideas?
Thanks

Well, these are only a few things that I could think of...one,are you sure that she is basking[do you see her ]at the hot spot..she could be vomiting if not digesting her food due to not getting heat.Or could she possibly have a respiratory infection...or did the problem stop?

The U.R was my first thought also. Infections from lack of heat can cause bubbling or "spitting from the mouth, How is it doing now?
