Here is the ring python i talked about in my last post, curious though if the pattern in normal or not, there are not many "rings" to him. or is pattern very variable in this type of snake?

Adam, He has an aberrant pattern which can occur quite often and appears to be somewhat genetic. I personally prefer the ringed pattern on my ringed pythons but many people request the aberrant patterns with the least amount of black. They especially look nice while they are young and bright orange. Some hatch out of my non-aberrant ringed adult clutches. He is a pretty snake! Thanks Tom
Below is a younger aberrant female from this year.

Hey Tom, thanks for the response, yeah the rings do add nice contrast i have to agree, but thanks for clearing that up
have a good one
