Advice Needed

ive just seen a something i might use as new substrate coconut fibre in a block you add it to water and it makes 7-12 litres of substrate totaly organic has anyone ever used this or more importantly had any problems or advantages from this

WONDERFUL stull!!! It's the best to use for substrate. It's gentle on the froggies and doesn't cause impaction and plants grow in it VERY well! I would highly recomend it. Many of us use it in all of our tanks.

I am not using it YET, but when my 180g vivarium is completed, that is what i am going to use for the substrate since everyone recommends it
