Really pleased to share this one. He actually came out of a 2 egg clutch from a female Fire (Davies Line) x Mystic male. Needless to say I was shocked to see both traits line up in such a small clutch and for him to be a male was quite a pleasant surprise too!

Well I for one have to say in the looks department that this animal leaves alot to be desired. But has great genetic potential for sure. This isnt one of your better looking combos. No offense

The pic isn't the best. Once he sheds I'll take a better pic with him next to a regular Mystic , then he'll stand out better. I have a Sulfur Mojave here and those look insane as adults, the Fire Mystic will end up the same I think in overall looks. The potential to make the Super form with one copy of Fire in it could be VERY powerful too , it will keep the colors crisp on the Super into adulthood , time will tell so we'll just have to see!

Combos are just stepping stones to me , not always going to make ones that "pop" at this stage of the game but without them you can't make the mind blowing stuff later..........

I agree. I think down the road this will be nice in keeping the fire super mystic and fire potion clean into adulthood.

From what I recall David those Sulfur Mojo's aren't really that hot right out of the egg either, they get better with size . This one has the Mystic pattern and that Fire "haze" to it. Also what normally would be the jet black background color on a regular Mystic is now more of a milk chocolate color with a slight burgandy tint to it as well.. It will be neat to see how it looks at 600 grms as I think it will be very unusual then.

A agree taking a Pastel Mystic to a Sulfur Mojave is a really cool idea. I also would like to know what happens when a Mystic Fire lines up fully with a Mystic Yb. Can you imagine if you were to hit the 1 in 16 odds on that one! I think the Super form with Yb AND Fire added will simply blow your mind... Simply needs to be done by someone just to see.
