medium mealworms

I ordered some mini mealworms for my 7 week old babies and the place accidentally sent me medium mealworms. The place I ordered them from has completely corrected the error but allowed me to keep the medium worms. My adults love them and I gave my babies a couple to see what they would do and they loved them too. Is it going to hurt them to feed the 7 week old babies medium mealworms?

They love them, but they are hard to digest.
