this years breeding progress (pic heavy)

TimS Oct 04, 2009 11:44 PM

well like i have said before this is first attempt at breeding boas and so far i think things are off to a pretty good start

first pair is a male coral albino and a female "normal" poss het albino.

they sat like this for hours on end

lol wrong end

and the male obviously has bad aim

then we have male anery het albino with a female albino het anery.

i dont bother these two much at all. they spook easy and will stop any kind of courting etc if you disturb them even the slightest bit. The male flops his tail around and courts big time quite often durring the day when i do most checking in on them. Night time i leave them all alone, no checking on them nothing.

Looks like good activity to me.

Good luck with your season.

Thanks Brian, the male albino has been all over his girlfriend non stop, I have high hopes for this pair. My first litter of goo lol I have only bred pythons and colubrids in the past.

My most anticipated breeding of the year I must say tho is my black blood pythons. Big, dark, and tame who also have been all over each other.

I have alot of diverse tbreedings lined up this year and cant wait to see how things turn out
