First off when shipping reptiles it is best to use an insulated shipping box made of styrofoam to keep temps int he box out of extremes. Here is a pic: http://lllreptile.com/v2/content/catalog/?section_string=care-supplies&category_string=packing-materials-and-snake-bags&product_string=shipping-box
Secondly depending on the weather if its extremely hot or cold outside you may want to consider heat or cool packs. One is usually sufficicent, two at most.
Atlast you must consider the size of deli cup you need. Make sure there are holes in the deli cup and that you have it taped down tight in your shipping container so it doesnt move around. Also throw some cut up paper towel in there to add some comfort. Everything you need can be found at lllreptile.com's packaging area found here: http://lllreptile.com/v2/content/catalog/?section_string=care-supplies&category_string=packing-materials-and-snake-bags
Hope this helps. I use airborne express, and it has been the most reliable. Word of the wise pay your airborne bill upfront and DO NOT put it on account as the bill is always more if you let it come on your bill!
