I.d. help!

I think I am in LOVE!!! LOL

I don't know anything about the boa morphs. I just know basic care and that they are a lot bigger than ball pythons! We have two total. One I believe is just your normal columbian. But... Our new girl is absolutely stunning!

She will be 4yo in November and was 11.6# when we went to the vets the other day. Roughly 6.5-7' long.

Also any clue what sub-species she is? Is she a morph-pastel maybe? Is she a good size for her age? Any opinions/comments are greatly appreciated!

On to the pics... sorry they aren't the best. She just shed minutes before these were taken. (my b/f tried his hardest lol)

very beautiful boa. I'd say it's most likely a colombian BCi showing some characteristics of a pastel-type (reduced black, pastel is generally a line-bred trait and does not work in the typical recessive or dominant fashion.). The only real way to know is to verify the lineage if you can from the person you got her from, otherwise her history and what she is, is 'unknown'.
Good luck with her!

Thanks!

The guy had no clue what she was. I just think she's gorgeous. If I chose to breed her in the future, what would you suggest? I was thinking another pastel or even a hypo. Again that's a big 'IF'.

Both of those would be great choices but I would favor a nice hypo (best of both worlds... a pastel hypo maybe?). I am partial to hypos, plus with the litter you get half hypo and half normal, I always think a litter with variety is just that little bit extra exciting.
Good luck! She is a beauty,
