MOSAIC WILL BE BRED TO A PURE ARGENTINE

Asnakesview Oct 10, 2009 02:32 PM

We didn't mean for our previous post to be a classified attempt. We would just like to let everyone in the kingsnake.com community know that we appreciate their input and after some thought have decided to breed Mosaic to some form of pure argentine. Everyone had very valid points and no matter how harlequin crazy we are, it would be more beneficial for everyone to answer the question of whether or not it is genetic and put the curiousity to bed. We can only hope for the best. Thank you everyone for all of your info and we will definitely keep all of you informed on the progress of Mosaic. Here are a couple pics from yesterday.

I think that is the best choice and will hopefully pay much higher returns in the end....good choice.

I think you made a good choice from a potential return-of-investment point of view. And the status of Argentines in the wild being what it is, having a line of Argentines cannot be a bad thing.

I love Argentine boas. The heat went out (power outage) at my brother's house a few years ago for a day and a half. The Argentine boa there experienced temps around 60 deg the entire time. Apparently that episode didn't have any negative affects on the Argentine in the slightest. Gotta love that cool-tolerant ability.
