Does anyone breed these in the US? Is this a strain of monitors or a gene mutation?

Dominant trait, and I don't think there is anyone currently breeding them. I've seen plenty of photos of bells phase, but all were from Australian keepers.

Hank Molt had some 5 years or so ago? Nice... they were around $5000.00 price range. Babies. Maybe he can lead you in the right direction
