Pastel Super Mojaves...

Python Dreams Oct 13, 2009 10:45 PM

I have been trying the last few years to hit on the Pastel Super Mojave... I only managed one Super Mojave per clutch without any Pastel Mojaves, until now! I just hatched out 1.1 Pastel Super Mojaves and 1.0 Super Mojave!
Let me know what you think,
Tom Baker

What an Awesome looking clutch, congratulations on the Super Mojave Babies. Now what was it you used to make the odds fall in your favor like that? Was it the fact that you used a couple of Super Pastaves or what exactly was it. The snakes look great and in a year and a half when my female Mojos are big enough I was looking forward to putting them to some good use. Thanks for the great pictures and maybe you could drop me a note in the email to explain to me how you made those babies and increased your odds like that. Have a great day, Jay from Sunny AZ.

I bred a Pastel Crystal to a Mojave so I knew that I would have decent odds going into the clutch. I had 8 eggs in which half should be Special and half should be Mojave... Anything Mojave that was produced by the mother would be either Super Mojave or Crystal, with some Pastel sprinkled in... The odds were higher on the Mojave side, so I produced these bad boys!

Thanks everyone! I know that I am not the first to produce these, but I am stoked as hell to finally see a difference after a couple missed attempts!
