rad. that looks so awesome, you should try to get that trait expressed as an albino too!

your head will collapse, but there's nothing in it, and you'll ask yourself, "where is my mind"

That just looks like a hypo to me. Why do you define that gecko as a ghost? What's the difference?

A ghost is just a very pale looking hypo. Ghosts came from Ray Hine's orginal WC hypo geckos before he crossed hi-yellow and tangerine into them.
Thanks

K&N defines Ghost as a Hypo Pastel. Yes, it is decended from early Ray Hines line Hypos prior to being crossed with Tangs.
If you look at the K&N Misc. page you'll see some really nice pastels that do have patterning. Those are siblings of this guy.

Nicole at K&N states that the hypos in this bloodline breed true. Hypo x Normal = 50% Hypo. Hypo x Hypo produces baldies. According to her. I will find out for sure this coming season. Even if it doesn't breed statistically true, I work with pastels and snows so this is still an exceptional animal for my collection.

We're also working with this gene. We purchased a female from John Bechtold last season that came from the original group of 1.3 that Ray brought over for him in 99. The two pastels listed on K&N's misc page at the top are also in our collection now. Combined with our snow, blizzard, and super hypo groups next season should prove to be very exciting.
