Best Vision Cage for Ophiohagus hannah? Male or female.
Thanks, DLP
You're neglecting to mention the size of the snake, which is obviously a critical piece of information when determining an appropriate cage size for the animal.
I'd say the largest visions (632 and 734) should be suitable for adults up to say, 8 or 9 feet. After that, well, they probably need a custom made enclosure. O. hannah requires a lot of space, especially as large adults, and I don't think Visions would provide that for them.

Sorry, I'm not a fan of buying/building more than one cage per Herp, unless it is a needed thing "I should have typed that". I like to buy/build them as big as the Herp will need. Putting a nice hide box in the cage to make sure they feel secure, in case the cage is to big. I do enjoy building them for any of my Burms, but prefer to buy them for my hots. Just a personal preference I guess. Also, if my Burms escape in my house the fear of them getting me is much lower vs a hot if you know what I mean. There's just something about keeping my hots in a professionally built cage instead of one that I've built that makes me feel better/secure that they won't escape.
Thanks, DLP
P.S. I believe in the case of most pythons that if people where forced to buy/build a cage big enough to handle the max size of the snake they are buying. Then there would be less of them let go into the wild etc......It would make them see what they face ahead of time.
actually what I'd like to see with big boids...is prospective buyers have to clean out a cage of one of the giants. The first time it takes a shovel to clean up snake poop is an eye opener!
Yes, I know that feeling all to well. Shovels don't always fit and a hand has to be used. Now thats a action that would make them turn away.
unless you are planning on getting a very large king i think a 6 ft vision will be ok as mr. prasad has said.
kings stress out very easily and most will go on hunger strikes if they are kept in too large of an enclosure.
you have to remember, they need to feel secure.
a hide for them to cram themselves into is very important.
i have kept kings up to about 9 foot in 6x2x2 enclosures and find they have a perfect amount of room.
anything around 10 ft or bigger would be better off in around an 8x4x4.
