Camera Shy Western Milk Snake

snake_bit Oct 19, 2009 10:43 PM

Just showing off a nice male from out west that I hope to breed in the spring with a female from the same hillside.

This guy wanted no part of the camera or me and took a bite of my arm.

He has real nice orange red saddles.

These no flash photos taken today, a cloudy day still show glare. Notice the glare from the frontal, supraocular and parietal scales.
