Congrats on the nice babies, I was not aware the gila forum was gone? I remeber when my beadeds were hatching and had half of their body out of the egg you could pet them on the head and they seemed fine, no aggression but the minuite they came all the way out they acted the complete opposite. Very aggressive and would bite you in a NY second. Nice animals but getting tougher to keep with all teh laws these days.

Robyn those guys look great! They don't do to well here in FL from what I've heard or I'd have a few. However my Rio Fuerte Beaded Lizards do great! I killed all but 1 egg from this past season. My first clutch of eggs ever, gotta learn some how just wish I learned before I killed so many beaded eggs! However the one egg is perfect and now that I perfected everything it's going strong! I hope to post pics like yours come march!

BTW there is still a Gila and Beaded lizard forum. It's under the venomous selection then you have to go to the subforum.

Best of luck with those guys!
