Interesting story

massapeal Sep 17, 2003 05:55 PM

I went to get some pothos for my new tank today for my frogs that I just got and I picked out a really nice one. I lifted the pot up and out sprung another frog. I cant tell what kind but it looks like a monkey tree frog.

Now the thing is is that I live in Delaware and here in Delaware there are green tree frogs but this is no green. Ive been looking high and dry well actually all the high and wet places for these green tree frogs all summer and havent found a single one, "NOW" I go buy a green and a grey and find some crazy frog at Lows have you, that dosent even belong in the Country.

"GO FIGGURE"

Hopefully I can post some pics so someone can ID the thing for me.

Nice. In the early days of this forum, most of the new comers to the hobby either found their frogs in a pot in a grocery store/nursery or inherited it from a neglegent owner.

I've heard of some interesting finds. Hope to see that pic soon.

Best,
