Well that is debatable. Some say yes others say no. Myself say Nay! Cinnys are lighter in color compared to the blacks. I work with both and can always pick them out of a clutch. Blacks are more patterned in my opinion and have more detailing in their patterning.

Sort of but not exactly. Cinnies make better pewters, black pastels make better supers. Or at least that is what I heard. Mike
