cham stroke?

have a f vield w/ideal hubandry, male doing well (diffrent and not to near cage) who had slowed grealtly in eating, today she was found on the bottom of her cage on her side, picked her up and put he back on a branch, tonight she was in the same spot, picked her up and she is weak in the right side of her body, anyone seen anything like this before? to late to wake up my herp vet, though ill call him in the AM

This sounds just like general collapse due to a prior hidden condition. Chameleons , in addition to being known for being finicky, are also known for their quick demise. She could have been hiding something. On the other hand, while stroke isn't documented to any extent in reptiles, it definately can happen and should not be ruled out at this point.

lost her yesterday, went downhill to fast to rule out anything, never seen a herp go down so fast, sad...her male is 100% fine in a cage next to hers, wish i could lean from this one, but it seems like just a poor do'er
