OT, GIANT RATTLESNAKE

Dusky Pygmy Rattlesnake. This one was crossing a dirt road near Hatbill Park on the Saint Johns River in central Florida.

I love little pygmies, I wish I got to see some when I do some trails, but that's ok we see lots of copperheads and E. Hognose snakes

aww he is soo cute!! lol

i had a co-worker bring in a Massasauga just a little one like that but man was he gorgeous... it was great because he only had one rattle and there he was trying to be all big and bad when he didnt sound like more than a house fly buzzing

needless to say my Fiance would let me keep him in the house even just over night, but i took him back out to the desert and let him go.
