Some new favorites

I recently acquired a 2008 pair of Dwarf Paraguanera Venezuela peninsula boas from Rio Bravo. I did not know what to expect with these guys, but they are awesome. The pics are BAD, and I apologize. I refer to them as the Aliens, their heads are really wierd looking, and the faint markings make them look really muscular. The eyes are wicked looking, and all that added together makes them aliens to me. They instantly became my favorites.

At Tinley park NARBC I picked up a pair of Argentine BCO from Bill Gaines, they are het for T, whatever that means. I got them because they were BCO. I only keep locality boas, but these guys tripped my trigger.

Nice grab....the "T" positive is a form of albinism, on the BCO makes them look cinnamon color...nice boas.

I forgot to mention the tails on the Venezuela boas! Wow, these things are really pale, very orange and white, they literally look like plastic, or even candy! I will post better pics when I get the chance.

Paf,
Thank you for posting your adult picture. I am curious to know the age? The pair that I have are always in motion when I hold them, and move somewhat like an amazon tree boa. Did you take notice of this when yours were younger? They are very different for sure.

Thanks again
Chris
