THAI KING COBRAS

TOM_CRUTCHFIELD Oct 24, 2009 04:50 AM

Most folks when they think of Thai King Cobras they think of the big greenish ones that are like the Malaysians BUT in the far north near Chang Mai lives a Banded King Cobra similar in appearance to the Indian and Chinese forms. Here's a pic of the ONLY one I've ever seen and more importantly it's one I collected near Chang Rai on the Burmese, Thai, Laos area in the infamous and dangerous Golden Triangle.....

Very nice Tom! Is this one you recently collected and in your possession? Planning on breeding this animal? I hope so.
