If you got a mate that was genetically identical to the one you have, you would get a "theoretical" outcome of........
50% hypos/het amel
25% hybino
25% hypo
note: the actual odds can vary greatly hear, just like you would NOT get 50% heads and 50% tails from tossing a coin every time.
Also the problem with this is, you will STILL not be able to tell which are which, since the hypo is masked by the amel gene.
If you got a "proven" hybino to mate it with, you would get a theoretical outcome of........
50% hybino
50%hypo/het amel
But to prove them actual hybino's, you need to do "test-breedings" with a known hybino to a normal hypo,..then if you produce any hypo's, you KNOW it is a hybino.
Yes, time consuming, but that's the deal..LOL!
hope this helps you out

Being that both snakes are hypo het Albino, you'll get hypos AND Hybinos... ANY/ALL Albinos that hatch out from that pairing will be a Hybino. your hypos will be possible het for Albino.
What if the female is double het for Albino and Anery? Does that make a big difference? And should I find a double het male over a single het? Basically, I just want to make hybinos.
If your Male is Hypo (het Albino) X Female Hypo (het Albino and Anery) you'll get
-Hypos 66% poss het Albino 50% poss het Anery
-Hybinos 50% poss het Anery
If you have a pair of Hypos (2x het Albino and Anery) you'll get:
-Hypos (66% poss het albino and anery)
-Hybinos (66%poss het Anery)
-And "Pearls" ANY SNOW from that clutch would be a "pearl" (Hypomelanisitc-Snow)
It all depends on what your goal is!

Know anyone who has a 2x het male they want to let go?
try contacting Shannon Brown... he had lots of stuff this season!
Right you are Zenny,...I forgot to also add about the albino's in the equation would also be definite hybino because of both the parents being homozygous for hypo.

What would be the best choice then? Since the female I have is hypo 2x for Albino & Anery. Should I wait to find a male hypo 2x for the same or get an Anery 2x for Albino and hypo? Would they produce visible hybinos?
If you get a male that is also hypo and double het snow then yes, you will produce visual hybinos and also any and every single snow that you produce would be a visual pearl.Yes, they would be triple homozygous animals.

I don't mean to keep dragging thing out but which one would be the best for my female (hypo 2x albino & anery). A male hypo 2x albino & anery or any Anery 2x hypo & albino? Or will they produce the same morphs more or less.
Thanks for all the help.
Female hypo is not 2x. She is just 100% albino and anery? So not what will be produced out of the better male from above?
either type of male would work for you.Since your female is just poss het anery then using the anery double het male would prove her out but you wouldn't know if the albinos where hybinos or if the snows where pearls.
