Applegate Style Enclosure...

Jlassiter Oct 25, 2009 10:24 PM

Here's another take on an Applegate Style enclosure....
A little different than the drawer system with glass sliding doors.....Cheaper too....LOL

They seem to be working well....I will add the lighting when I move the 4 snakes I got housed in it into the brumation chamber soon....

You, my friend, are out of control. Those are sweet. Where do you find them spending the most time, top or bottom? Thanks for posting.

Daytime hours are spent mostly in the moist hide on the bottom floor......When the lights come out they go on the surface and "hunt"....

Most of them do this....I have a few that have found nice dry/dark spots to burrow in the top.....I guess when they need the right humidity they go downstairs to the damp spaghnum moss....

BTW...feeding, cleaning and watering is a breeze with these enclosures.....
