i got a red tegu named badger. shes 4 months old and is quite the shyguy but shes smart and funny and eats anything . id go with them cuz they look kool
but basically they are al lthe same i hear BW are sopposebly the tamest but not sure if its true

Take your pick. There isn't a definitive answer between these 3. They're all likely to be tame. I suggest taking some time to look at photos of ADULTS and decide what one looks the neatest to you.

LLLReptile has Hatchlings (6 - 8´´), LLLReptile is where I got my Tegu and I highly recommend them.
