good luck finding either one of these. There isn't much info on these are they are only known by a drawing from the person that discovered them. D. mysteriosis are in the hobby, but are super rare and very very very hard to acquire.

Rumor has it that a few D. sirensis are in the country, four to be exact. However, that was never verified. They supposedly went for $400 each. However, since Peru is not allowing amphibian exports at this time, that would definitely make them illegal. Perhaps IF the big deal with Rainer Schulte goes through, they will be amoung the myriads of Quinquevittatus group brought in. We can all cross our fingers can't we?... I would personally just like to see and photograph them.
Best,
Justin
Hey Justin,
There's a gorgeous picture of a D. Sirensis on p.150 of Rainer's book, "Pfeilgiftfrosche - Artenteil-Peru". Unfourtunately I don't know any german so I can't read the few pages writen about it....but the pictures' all I need! Hopefully Rainer and the others can work some magic and get some these and other beautiful Peruvian frogs into the hobby someday. Take care,
-=Adam Butt=-
I did have his book, and the pictures were great. I ended up selling it as my German wasn't quite up to par. I heard it will come out in English, but that may have hit been wishful thinking, or it still may yet happen. We waited for the Heselhaus book in English for quite some time, and now it's our frog "bible." I meant I am hoping to go down to Peru in the next year for some time and photograph them as well...
Best,
Justin
