How hot is too hot for a 2 1/2 month old beardie?? Her basking site reaches 113.9 degrees sometimes during the day....is that too hot?

as long as she has a cool end to get away from no.. if the majority of the cage or the ambient temps are that high that is very dangerous.. but if she's got a cool end in the low 80's to get away from the heat then you are fine. Check your overall ambient cage temps to make sure they are good.
