Congratulations on the new hatchlings! Great pics as always!
Kestrel- just curious... did you slit the eggs or are the openings in the eggs just from the hatchlings' egg teeth. I'm hoping to hatch some eggs of my own one of these days and I hear that some people give a head start by slitting the eggs on asian rats.

Thanks.. This is my second clutch this year.. I have baby beauties coming out my fricken ears! lol. The first clutch I slit, out of paranoia, but this second clutch cought me by suprise.. I wasn't expect them to start til next weekend.. so they had no help from me slitting the eggs. heh. Its all them. 3 were already out when i checked on the incubator.. and all but 1 other have pipped themselves.. I may slit the last egg if it shows no sign of pipping tonight..
