Wow, that's really neat looking, Randy. I've seen some with a busy pattern, but never quite that much. I think that snake is going to have very pretty colors too.
Geeez!,..that is cool as all HECK!, it has some little crosses going on there amongst the other busy stuff..LOL!

Randy, those are great! When did your females lay these clutches? I'm sweating the four eggs I have like a first time father, lol! They seem to be going an extraordinary length of time! These will be from a Trumbower axanthic blonde male outcrossed to a River rd. female that is awesome red/orange. But not this one, I need to get some pics taken, I'm lazy!

Thanks Todd. Mine are hatching close to 100 days after being layed this year. I ran out of room in my incubator this year before all my trans-pecos eggs were out so I just set them up on top of a rack in one of my snake rooms. I keep my place around 73 to 74 degrees with heat tape on everyone so even on top of one of my racks it's only about 74 or 75 degrees. They are all hatching out nice and healthy but I don't like waiting that long so I will work it out next year so they wont incubate so cool. I think things incubated that cool come out every bit as healthy or even more so in general but I just prefer not to wait so long.
Look for an e-mail from me tonight. Later.

Sweet. How do the rest look? That one has awesome color too. I'd keep it if I were you!
Hey Mike, that was the only one out so far so I'm not sure about the rest yet.

Very cool pattern. I hatched out my first baby subocs this year. I only got 4 eggs and they hatched at 78 days set up in the closet with a heat lamp. The closet stayed around 80 degrees the whole time and hatched Oct. 13. They are normals het for blonde. I was excited to see these guys pipping. Ended up with 2.2 and eating like pigs.

Nice ratio, especially if you are going to sell them, Chris. Got any pictures of them out of the egg?
I didn't get a chance to get fresh out of the egg pics but I did take a few pics tonight. The dam was a christmas mts. female from Mike Price and the sire was a blonde from Troy Hibbits.

Thanks Mike and Randy. I really love these guys. I've kept alot of reptiles in the past but subocs and alterna are by far my favorites. I like the fact baby subocs hatch out a nice size and are very willing to eat with no problems. This coming season I will have a blonde pair and a normal christmas mts. pair ready to breed. I hope to add some silver blondes to my collection one of these days.
