Crickets in an Adult BD's Diet

How often should I feed crickets to my 1� year old BD, and how many should he be allowed at each feeding? I think he'd eat as many as I could supply, anytime, so I'm wondering how many he should be allowed, and how often.

I give my beardies crickets once a week or every other week (I vary it)....about a dozen crickets per dragon.
