I just got a new baby blackthroat, hes eating good and seems so tame, but I am only used to keeping nile monitors so I guess this should be cake

Allready have. Hes as sweet as pecan pie and eats like a pig 
Ive had my baby blackthroat for about 3 or so weeks and still as sweet as day one....and hes a little piggy!!

Yea,,, thats cool. I wouldn't want to say that in the future it is not possible for an attitude change but from what I have seen in monitors, there is no ill temper I can sense in this young one. The force is strong 
I meant to say that it is possible his attitude can change and most likey will as he grows. I have it setup so that he/she is close to me most of the time.

very nice.. I have mine in a ten gallon for at least the rest of this week. then to something slightly larger. I don't want him to feel insecure
