I know these guys average out around 3' or so, but how thick do they get as adults? Are they much thinnner than a cali-king or roughly about the same? Thanks.

I would say they are about the same as a calking in girth.
I do think an adult calking would grow much longer though...
I have a 1998 Ric Blair Tarahumara (L.p.knoblocki) that is over 4' (about 4'-3"
and is about 2" in diameter....But he is the largest I've ever seen in person...And he's going to be 12 next Summer.....

Poor planning and procrastination on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part...
That all depends on how much you feed them, but on average I would say they are more slender than an adult, well fed cal king. I have an adult pair of knoblochi and the male is almost 50" and the female is a tad smaller then that. Both are VERY healthy and are bigger around then my three foot cal king. (small adult). They are however getting small fat deposits so I am going to slow the food down a bit.
