I was new to this site in january of this year when I got sulley. I heard all of you talking about brumation and read a little here and there; but since sulley was so young I didnt make it a point to remember much I had so much other stuff to learn. well fall is coming and I am just inquiring about general brumation stuff; when does it start? suley is about nine months old will he brumate this year?; what do i need to prepare?; he is in a repptarium right now. he has a half log that he can hide in will that be a good spot for brumation? there is nothing lining the bottom of his cage do I need to put something down there is he going to want to bury himself? if so what; he is about a foot long and 180 grams. will he eat at all; do i need to continue to put food in there everyday if he brumates; or only when he seems active? any input is greatly appreciated thanks in advance.

Usually, they don't brumate their first year. Below is a link to some excellent info regarding brumation.
