another "giving herpers a bad name"

joecop Nov 04, 2009 07:39 PM

My brother called and told me a guy he works with caught a coral snake yesterday. He asked if he was sure it was a coral snake and the guy said "how does that saying go again about the red touch yellow".----- "yep, its a coral snake." So when my brother asked how he caught it he said "I just grabbed it! What do you mean, they have to bite you twice to poison you." WTF!!!! It's people like this that put all these silly laws into motion in the first place. I am sure he will be getting a call from this guy soon saying how the snake only bit him once but his lips are starting to tingle and he is short of breath.

That's the same dude that thinks a rattlesnake won't cross a rope that's placed on the ground, and also probably thinks snakes are attracted to lactating women too..LOL!

That was funny about the tingling lips..HAHAHA!!

There was a guy a long time ago that told me he saw a "chicken snake" in his kitchen cabinets coiled up on top of the cans of baby formula. He then went on to say that the snake was attracted to the milk formula inside the cans, and also lactating women, and that's why it was found there in the first place. I told him,..."uh,..no, the snake was there because of the mice and rats that are in your house". The other people that were around to hear this were laughing there butts off..LOL!

I wonder if that dude's lips are starting to tingle yet?..LOL!

Wow!
Okay, to add to this thread...
When I was a teenager I saw a city parks official valiantly kill a Texas rat snake before a cringing woman and her kids. He then proclaimed, "Yep, that's a copperhead." I regret being so shy as a kid; I could have saved the snake and schooled some people at the same time.

""It's people like this that put all these silly laws into motion in the first place.""

NO! its our silly government both local&national that puts these IDIOTIC LAWS in place and they use dumba$$e$ like this guy as a reason to justify it well that and taking HUGE contributions from the animal rights freeks, money talks rights walk, and we accept it and stay in line, land of the free HA!
personally i say let them play with the pretty ones and hopefully remove themselves from our genepool i see it as a natural "cleansing" of sorts.
