what is this brown snake being swallowed

is it a eastern brown or a king brown

also what caused this to happen the fact that the red belly black snakes venom has no effect on the brown snake and vice versa

I don't know what type of snake the part of the brown one is, but when you find a snake eating another snake on the shoulder of the road, there's a good chance it is eating a roadkill.
