These look and sound like they were filmed in India.
The first snake looks like a species of Ptyas. Too bad it wasn't a cobra.
The second video is the same species, but you can tell that the snake has been mutilated first, probably by the sick bast*** with the video camera. It clearly have a broken spine and can't move to get away.
The third one is a gartersnake, probably an Eastern Garter.
