Does anyone have experience shipping to Alaska? I assume there are special procedures involved. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much---Kraig

I live by Tampa, Fl. and I shipped to Alaska one time. I used Fedex over night priority and it got there the next day with no problem. Give it a try.
I've shipped there twice next day air BUT!! (always a but huh?) Now is the wrong time of year IMO. I don't ship when night time lows drop below 40. So, would be safest to wait until the spring thaw.

Boas By Klevitz

Whatever the case, now is certainly the wrong time to be shipping tropical boas to Alaska.
Waiting several more months until things warm up would be wise if you plan to do this.

Thanks everyone!!
I had no intention of shipping until spring at the earliest. I generally don't even ship in the lower 48 during the colder months of the year.
I just thought maybe there were special procedures needed.
Thanks again---Kraig
