I'd be interested as well, but was told by a friend that they run extremely fast, almost like flying.

I too would like to find some, so let me know if you find a vendor. I had them once, and they were so fast running it was like they flew. The great part was though that they didn't fly, so never bothered you when you were sitting around or eating. A minute in the fridge would solve any problems...

I buy maggots from a fishing store & let them pupate. Allow a few at a time to hatch out & feed them for a day with honey/vitamin mixture (or you can dust). Pop them in the freezer for 10 min to immobilize, then with sharp scissors, trim the wings and a few legs off. Slows 'em doen & larger frogs love 'em.
