chihuahua mountain kingsnake

want to know is there any body out there that keeps their chihuahua mountain kingsnakes together like maybe pairs and if so did thay have any problems because im getting mixed reviews from different people as to keeping them in pairs.

I think the general response on the forums will be to NOT house them together. Mainly for health related reasons like tracking feeding, regurges, bad defecations, etc. Plus the possiblity of stress because these animals do not live communally in nature. Also, with king species there is the possibility of one eating the other!!

I found what i was looking for i knew it was possable.(Kingsnakes and Milksnakes by Robert Applegate Kingsnakes are famous for being cannibals, but I keep groups of four to six together year round and have had only one problem in 30 years. ...

I don't believe anyone said it was not POSSIBLE-just that we do not recommend it, especially not for babies. Do check out the "keeping them together" thread on the corn snake forum.

I have found that very often hatchlings will refuse to feed if not kept alone.
