Plywood for cage base

Slacker6848 Nov 11, 2009 11:02 AM

I have AP cages and was going to make a base to get them off the floor out of plywood, I know most plywoods are made out of pine, would this be ok since the cage itself is plastic but the base be plywood?
Thanks
Zack

Should work just fine. I have roller bases made with 3/4" ply under my plastic cage stacks.
