Nice looking anery Tim, he was really sharp looking as a neonate, wasn't he. But the normal dbl het. is fantastic looking, I'd like to see a few more shots of him.

I may be a wee bit off, but I tend to like the alternative to complete confluency as well............

Beautiful multistriata as usual Dell.......

Nice Dell. I don't have any flame throwers other than the lighter I use to light my grill, but I certainly can see myself adding some to the collection like the ones you posted. Those are sweet!

But I must ask, are those yours or Cole's?

Great snakes. Am truly enjoying all of your recent posts.

Thanks Dave, they are pretty sweet looking gentilis. Some keepers/herpers don't like the crossover animals but I really like the look of some of the flame throwers.

The animals I posted are all in my collection or found in the field. If I post any of Cole's animals I'll always give him credit. Barring any mistakes of course.

Ah, I was waiting for you to post that one Doug. Probably my favorite snake in your collection---(that I have seen, you always pull some awesome snake out of nowwhere). Incredible animal.

terryd Nov 15, 2009 08:05 PM

Tight looking gentilis Doug, is that a Kansas gentilis?
If you like flames and crossovers that's one of the better looking examples.

Great stuff, everyone! Lots of nice looking "fire-side" critters. While it's hard to resist a "classic" specimen with perfect banding, I find myself drawn to the unique look of a heavily crossed over animal. I enjoy them as much in the field as I do in my collection, as is suggested by the number of photos of "flame throwers" I've taken of wild milks.
