Ugly Key West Boa

boaphile Nov 14, 2009 04:40 PM

This is the least attractive of the Key West babies we produced here 10-4-09.

I am NOT kidding either.

for you and you can't have it in your snake room. Send it to me and I will see to it that not one person will ever see IT again. Maybe a few offspring, prettied up of course, but NEVER IT.

Thanks Ty, but don't sit on the front porch waiting for the FedEx guy to show up with him anytime soon. In fact, I'd recommend you avoid stairs all together young man.

Here is one of the nicest ones:

So Is this Key west a dominate mutation like a motley boa?

boaphile Nov 14, 2009 05:46 PM

Dominant at least and maybe co-dominant, but hopefully not like the Motley Boa in one respect. Perhaps like the Super Roswells, which are perfectly healthy boas, but these are not the same and we do not know those answers yet for sure. All that remains to be seen.

It really is the least attractive of the babies. There are much less attractive normals in the litter for sure, but as for the Key Kids, he's the ugliest! The really cool this is, if he was the prettiest, I'd still be ecstatic! Now when I look at them I feel like I'm in a dream. They really are killer kids. I appreciate your kind words Big Al!
