Hide box for Vision cages

I don't know why I did not think of this before. The small cement mixing tubs sold by hardware stores fits lengthwise in 28" deep vision cages (Models 322 and 622) perfectly. The Model 322 has to have the glass removed to insert. Cut a hole 1/3 of the way to either end to avoid and place the tub. The clearance to the dome in the Model 322 to relatively close so avoid placing the hole below it. The hole can be cut using a Stanley Knife or other sharp cutter. I traced the outline several times to score the opening before digging through the plastic. This hide is meant for the bigger kids and gives an extra level of surface area to cruise on. I will try to post a picture this weekend. A friend of mine uses 20-30gal garbage can lids also and they seem to work very well.
