Adult Male Emory Ratsnake

samanthabottoms Nov 18, 2009 01:41 PM

Hello, my name is Samantha Bottoms, and Archie is my husband. This is the adult male Emory Ratsnake that is wild caught by Archie in Young County over the 4rth of July weekend which is also when he caught the male yearling Emory Ratsnake from my other thread. Archie gave this one to me as well even though at this time he is doing all of the caring for it for me until I have gained enough knowledge for him to teach me how to care for him.

Thank you! I haven't named him yet. Archie says that they are just specimens and don't need names but I have tried to explain to him that as long as he is feeding them, cleaning their cages, caring for them, etc. that they should have names so I will be naming him soon.

LOL!!, yeah, I'm sure Archie doesn't have a problem with you naming them,......whatever it takes to keep you interested in them, is fine with him..LOL!

Maybe "Emma" the Emory rat for females, and "Emmitt" the Emory rat for a male..HHAHAHA!!
