You'll need some more details for anyone to help you, it could be anything.

well i have heard they are very lazy compared to other monitors i was just looking to hear how everyone else finds them as i am in canada and not many people keep crocs here so hard to find other herpers ideas as they are not common like ball pythons lol

Ive never kept a croc monitor but have kept a few dwarfs, helodermas, other lizard species ect. One thing I can think of that is common to all large females is they can cycle eggs even witout the presence of a male and a typical behavior for most females that are gravid is nervous behaviors and basking motionless [extreme in both cases]. Im not saying that is what it is but based on the little details you have given it cannot be ruled out. Do you have a nesting site or dirt/mulch set up in the cage?

Being that it is fall in canada and outside temps are dropping, is there a difference in the room temperature?

hey so i guess it may have been weather she started moving around a bit more here is another question what diet do you guys find the best for your crocs at the moment she is eating salmon, rats, chicken and sometimes rabbits im looking for a few more ideas i have thought about going to a butcher and asking to get thier off cuts but not sure if that will work i was also thinking about feeding bagged chicken legs and thighs just wondering if maybe i should boil it a bit b4 feeding any info will work just looking to extend the menu

If your going to feed anything with the bone like a chicken leg do NOT cook it first. cooking the bone can make it splinter when an animal eats i tand that will cause huge problems to the digestive tract and potentaly kill your animal.
