pinkies

Joel_Fish Sep 18, 2003 11:38 AM

I have an adult veiled that I've fed some pinkies to. Are these usually mouse pinkies or rat pinkies? I'm not sure what I bought.

thanks,
Joel Fish

first off, they are usually mice. secondly, they should only be fed once in a great while, as they are a little harder to digest than other feeders. i wouldn't recommend more than once a month or every other month at the most.

Yes! don't feed too many, they are very high in fat, and aren't invertabrates like insects, they are much different and should be offered only very occasionaly! Hope this helps!
