Help with small frog

My African Dwarf frog swallowed one of the rocks in it's tank (I have since read that rocks are not suitable for frog tanks, this one came that way, I had no idea) Is there anything I can do to help the little guy out? I can actually see the rock through his skin Any suggestions welcome!
