Question about gecko stool

Adiras Sep 18, 2003 12:23 PM

I have one gecko I've had about a year now. I just purchased a second with the hope of caging them together. The second is in quarantine right now so I can check her stools and for anything odd.
Last night I got to check out some fresh poo instead of dried up poo, and that is where my question is. Her stool was solid with a urate, but also covered with a layer of liquid. Also, her cage stunk pretty badly from it. Could that be from the crickets I feed her? or could it be a sign of parasites? or am I being paranoid?

I believe, not sure though that usually fresh poop is weter and stinks to high heaven. As long as it is not runny or green or soemthing like that dont worry.
